Refund policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Original packaging must be available
  • Return request must be made within 7 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacement

If the product is damaged or defective, a free replacement will be provided.
